What’s in Store?

Join Scouts NSW for an unforgettable aviation-themed weekend packed with exciting activities, including:

• Take a short flight in a Scouts NSW Cessna plane, piloted by a qualified Scout Pilot from the Air Activities Centre.
• Visit the local State Emergency Service (SES) and Rural Fire Service (RFS).
• Explore the Richmond Valley Aviation Helicopter Maintenance Workshop.
• Participate in a range of aviation-related activities—and much more!

Important Info

• Catering: Full catering is provided from Saturday breakfast to Sunday lunch. A light sausage sizzle will be available Friday night for early arrivals (otherwise, please arrange your own dinner).
• Flight Participation:
  • Maximum participant weight is 120kg to ensure safe flight distribution.
  • Adults purchasing a flight ticket: If flights exceed capacity, the last adults to register will have their flights cancelled and receive a $100 refund.
