DESCRIPTION:Join us for a day on and in the water learning all things canoeing skills to help you work towards Trained participant Canoeing. \n\nDay will include theory and practical sessions supported by South Met AA team Guides and indentured Guides. \n\nPre requisite- \nYOUTH: OAS 3 and above in Paddling and must be able to swim 50m unaided\n\nLeaders: Confident paddler with previous experience and able to swim 50m unaided \n\nAll participant must submit their Log book of at least 3 canoe activities by closing date of applications. \n\n*** to obtain TP canoe you must complete TP core workbook and Basic water rescue.***\n\nBasic water rescue course on the 2/11/25 at Greys pnt scout hall (Separate event Registration) For more info\, go to: https://events.nsw.scouts.com.au/event/2812
