DESCRIPTION:The Sirius Cup Regatta is a chance for Cubs\, Scouts\, Venturers\, Rovers and Leaders to get together with other Scouts\nat a camp based primarily around water activities. The Scout Groups camp on Balmoral Oval\, just a\nhop\, skip and a jump from the waters of Middle Harbour as a tent city comes to life from Friday\nafternoon.
