SUMMARY:Evening Bike Ride for Scouts

DESCRIPTION:The plan for the Scouts bike ride is to follow the Light Rail cycle path towards Parramatta\, mainly riding alongside the light rail track until we reach the Parramatta River. From there\, we will turn right\, cross the river\, and continue along to O’Connell Street. We’ll then ride up towards CommBank Stadium\, where there is a playground.\n\nWe will spend some time at the playground before making our way back. If needed\, we also have the option of taking the Light Rail back as a contingency.\n\nThe ride will start at the Scout Hall with a safety briefing and an ABCDE bike check. We will then follow the cycle track along the light rail route to Parramatta and return to our starting point.\n\nThe ride will take approximately 1.5–2 hours including breaks\, covering a total distance of around 15 km.
