This camp is only open to Cubs, Line Leaders, camp assistants and approved carers who have been allocated to Unit E430 for NSW Cuboree 2023.
Participants will be completing getting to know you activities with their unit and patrol, and generally learning to work together as a team.
Participants will be camping in single gender tents with Cubs from other units. A packing list will be provided to all participants.
Participants are to arrive from 6pm on Friday 18 August.
Parents will need to arrive at 10.30 am on Sunday 20 August to help pack up equipment as well as be present for an information session from the unit coordinators.
The fee covers camping costs, as well as a hat and swap badges for Cuboree and the cost of food for the weekend from supper on Friday night to lunch on Sunday. Participants will need to have dinner prior to arriving on the Friday night as no evening meal will be provided.
All medications including prescription, over the counter & herbal must be in the original container and handed to a Leader, the only exceptions are asthma puffers & epi pens which must be carried by the user. It is preferable that anyone with severe asthma or an allergy have a management/treatment plan provide a copy to camp organisers and the 1st Aider.
