Please refer to the E1 (pro-forma) for additional details.  You will need to customise this with YOUR group details.

Note: E1 forms are NOT required to be handed into Region Office prior to the event. They should be kept by the leaders and have them available at the event.

All registrations to be done online via this website. Leaders should register all their Cubs, Cub Scout Leaders and Youth Helpers working with the Packs (preferably in a single registration) and make ONE payment to Region Office - an invoice will be generated by the system once you have submitted.
