Come and join us for a refresher afternoon abseil at Camp Coutts. 
Prior abseil skills are essential - the afternoon is aimed at those looking to brush up on their already competent abseiling skills. 
 
This afternoon is for you of you want to refresh your rigging, perfect your prusiking, ace your abseiling. 
This afternoon activity will be run for just a small group. We hope this will give all involved the chance to practice what they need. 
 
We will meet at 1-45pm, ready to start the activity at 2pm. All participants will be expected to help pack up, aiming to finish by 5-30pm
 
Please bring your own Prusiks.
