The cost does NOT include Group costs, i.e. food/transport

- Groups need to bring PFDs for use on the waterslide into the dam.
- Groups need to self-cater and bring their own water needs for the weekend.
- All Groups attending are expected to bring an activity to run.

Parent helpers must be registered on scout hub & have a cleared WWCC 

Joeys who stay overnight must camp with a parent/carer.

If picking up kids from the camp on Sunday, please turn up early to help with camp pack up. Leaders and youth will be very tired so will appreciate assistance.

WITHDRAWALS

A fee of $2.50 per application to all, even where a substitution has been made. Refunds based on camp commencement date: 28 days notice 75% refund; 27 days - 14 days 50% refund; 13 days or less 0% refund. In the event of illness or other unexpected incident a partial refund of the base costs may be approved by camp administration upon application via the Group; refund of Group added costs must be applied for via the Scout Group and not via the camp.
