Brief Summary:
2024 will be an exciting year for the North Coast Region.
We can all make that happen.
All leaders are invited to come and contribute to planning and/or offering to run an adventurous activity, camp, training or other exciting event for 2024.
We want everyone who is keen to help, in any way, to join us on the journey of planning and running activities for all our members in 2024.
It’s up to us to make the year great for our youth and adult members.
Please bring your own meals if you prefer & have a specific diet. A light lunch will be provided Saturday and a basic breakfast will be provided Sunday Morning .
Additional Information
- This will be a self catered weekend with the Saturday dinner being suggested at the Golden Dog Hotel at your own expense.
- Start planning the 2024 calendar.
- Learn how to run or assist in running regional activities and camps.
- Scout Event , Terrain, planning your event from start to finsh ( paperwork / forms/ spreadsheets / links that are required)
- If you cannot attend this weekend but are keen to help out in 2024 please contact the event coordinator, and let us know your thoughts.
