Skills Sharing weekend for safe participant submission

This weekend is a skills sharing weekend for Leaders and Rovers to enable them to submit paperwork for approval of Safe Participant in Pioneering. The course is to be held at Grafton scout hall (1 North Street, Great Marlow, NSW, 2460) on 21-22 September 2024. The weekend will be self camping and self catered, though basic facilities and tea/coffee will be available for the weekend.

Some pre-learning will need to be completed prior to the start of the course, mostly around knot tying - this will be given shortly after registrations open.

Course will be limited to 20 Participants due to time involved in some of the activities.

Please also bring a set of gloves to protect from splinters when handling timber poles - if you need assistance with this, please reach out to the coordinator.
