Woronora Li Lo Trip ...Just for Fun

Come explore Woronora River as you have never seen it before.

You will need

1. A small day pack for snacks 
2. A good rubberised cotton li lo
3. Sunscreen
4. A good sun hat
5. Water shoes
6. High nutition snack food
7. 1.5lt of water

You must be able to

1. Hike two kilometeres with all your kit.
2. Swim at least 50 meters
3. Rock hop and negotiate slippery river rocks
4. Keep all of this up for four hours
5. Sing, dance, ride a bike and play the Harmonica all while eating a dry weetbix :)

Over the day you will have to

1. Hike with all your kit a total of 4 kilometres
2. Swim and rock hop a total of 5 kilometres
3. Make your way through scrub and do some off track walking

Participants must be good swimmers and have their own sturdy li lo. The old Ruberised cotton is the best type (please avoid the thin plastic types as a puncture mid trip could be problematic). Inflate your lilo at home to check it it for leaks
