Forget about dragging  yourself up on plastic. 

Try climbing on the real thing. 

This will be a day of instruction on correct climbing techniques and procedures and of course lots of climbing on ROCK

What to bring

  1. Water
  2. Lunch
  3. Climbing shoes if you have them if not sand shoes similar to Dunlop Volleys
  4. Day pack
  5. Sun screen and sun hat
  6. Insect repellent
