C O L O U R S

This year EVERY Joey Mob is responsible for collecting and keeping their own E1 Forms. This means you will be responsible for making sure they are completed correctly and have the proper consent for the activities. You Must bring them on the day and then afterwards, keep them with all your other stored E1's at your Group.

STEP 1) Download the E1 form and add Your details to it.

STEP 2) Collect Completed E1's and Monies.

STEP 3) Assign all your Joeys in "Lines". Please use the following principles. Minimum 2 to a Line, Separate clashing Joeys. You do not have to use all lines.  This is very important, because We will use this information. We won't have time to juggle it around afterwards.

STEP 4) Use this EMS system to Register all Joeys and Leaders/Helpers.

NOTE: Our Joey/Helper Ratio is 1:4.  Please call for Volunteer Helpers from your Parents, advise that there is only 1 position for each Joey attending.

If you do not have any leaders available to attend, please speak to your District Leader or Myself. We don't want any Joeys to miss out.

NOTE -  FOOD: Lunch is provided by Outback Steakhouse at no cost to us  The fees do not cover the cost of any food, therefore any special dietary requirements will need to supplied by the Joey.
