Welcome to Grand Theft Automootive!

Get ready for a weekend of thrills and excitement at Grand Theft Automootive, held at Camp Eagle Eye in Glenreagh, just a short drive from Coffs Harbour on the stunning North Coast of NSW. Rovers from all over are invited to join us for an unforgettable experience!

Activities Galore

We have an action-packed weekend planned for you, featuring:

• Natural Abseiling: Scale down natural rock faces and enjoy the rush!
• Mountain Biking: Hit the trails and feel the adrenaline.
• Stripper Consent Base: A unique and informative experience.
• Heist Base: Put your skills to the test in a mock heist scenario.
• Casino Base: Try your luck at various casino games.
• Make-Your-Own Mocktail Base: Get creative and concoct delicious non-alcoholic drinks.

Evening Extravaganza

On Saturday night, the fun continues with a fashion show/fivesies followed by an electrifying disco. Dress to impress and dance the night away!

Catering & Convenience

Enjoy delicious meals starting from Saturday breakfast through to Sunday morning tea, which will be packaged for your journey home. If you're staying longer, self-catering will be necessary. A canteen will also be available, offering non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, ice creams, and other treats.

Local Amenities

• Glenreagh General Store: Open 7-5 on weekdays and 8-2 on weekends.
• The Golden Dog Hotel and Glenreagh Bakery: Check Google for their hours.

Event Schedule

• Check-in: Opens at 3 PM on Friday, November 1st.
• Opening Parade: 7:30 AM on Saturday, November 2nd.
• Closing Parade: 9 AM on Sunday, November 3rd.
• Check-out: By 1 PM on Sunday, November 3rd.

Important Information

• Parking: Cars may be kept on the bottom paddock in the camping area, and you may camp in/out of them, if this is the case, your car must be there before opening parade and must not move until after closing parade. If you wish to use your car throughout the weekend (to get to the abseiling site, go to the shops, etc..) then your car must stay in the designated parking area, and not go down to the bottom paddock.
• Alcohol: Pending final approval, alcohol will be permitted but not provided. Bring your own and drink responsibly. Misuse will result in removal from the event. Consumption of alcohol will only be permitted on Friday night from 4pm through to 2am and on Saturday from 4pm through to 3am.

Safety First

All attendees must sign the Scouts NSW Drug, Smoking, and Alcohol policies upon entry and receive a Moot pack. Designated sober team members will ensure everyone's safety and compliance with the rules.
