FRIDAY NIGHT - Those needing to arrive on Friday night may do so, however, their evening meal will need to be self catered. Saturday breakfast consisting of cereals, toast etc will be provided.

General Notes:
- This camp is designed to get us all together, enjoying Scouting friendship and fun.
- As an all sections camp, we will be doing different activities, suitable for Joeys up to Venturers. It is preferred that every group in the Region be represented by both leaders and youth. Parents are also very welcome to attend.
- Joey scouts need to be accompanied by a parent, or responsible adult 1:1.
- Bunkhouse accommodation is available for emergency situations, however, groups are encouraged to provide tents for their Joey, Cub, Scout and Venturer Units. Joey Scouts may sleep with their parent/responsible adult, either in a tent supplied by them or in a bunkhouse.
- Rovers to make their own arrangements as far as tentage is concerned
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
Wide brimmed Hat (no caps) (no hat no Camp)
Sunscreen/Insect repellent
Shoes or Boots (must be closed in no sandals)
Socks -1 pair per day (no ankle socks not suitable for walking)
Thongs (for showers only)
Shirt - 1 per day (with collar & sleeves)
Underwear - 1 change per day
Shorts( knee length) or Trousers (trousers or jeans are preferred for hikes)
Sloppy Joe or Jacket
Sleepwear (tracksuit works well)
Toiletries (towel,soap,toothbrush,toothpaste,washer,deodorant,small bottle shampoo,hairbrush/comb) Sleeping Bag

Medication
All medication must be handed to the First Aid Leader and must be in Blister or Webster Packs. Loose medication must not be brought to the camp.

Who needs to complete this form?
Everyone that is attending this event must complete and return this form.
No fully completed application, no play.
It is permitted, if youth member wishes, to bring a stuffed toy on camp to sleep with.
All medication to be given to First Aid Leader in a Blister or Webster type pack. No loose medication allowed at Camp.
Do Not pack extra food, snacks, lollies etc. unless requested
Prohibited items : Aerosol cans, Chewing gum, Lollies, Electronic games, and Mobile phones, these are not needed - Leaders will have theirs (if there is a signal available)
PARENTS please remember - all tops must have sleeves & collar (no singlets, crop tops & the like) it is impractical on camps due to risk of sunburn, insect bites etc.
