Brief Summary:
The South Coast and Tablelands Region Rovers present WWG North 2024: Director's Cut being held at Glenfield Scout Camp NSW. This event is open to all current Scouts, Venturers, Rovers, Leaders and Fellowship. The Silly South was a raging success and as a result the producers want more! But due to a mix-up the Monty Python Rovers team only has a weekend to get the film ready. This is hardly enough time to shoot anything, so it should be easier to cut together a bunch of previous films, with a few changes.

Catering (for Venturers/Rovers/Leaders/Adults) will cover full meals Saturday Breakfast through to Sunday Lunch. Catering is $40 per applicant (must choose "Section - Catered" Option as pricing in ScoutEvent) - excludes Scouts. 

The site will NOT be open to applicants until 8pm Friday, and the main gate will be closed at 10pm Friday evening. The main gate will re-open at 7:30am Saturday morning.

Camping on Friday Night (22nd November) will be optional - however supervision must be provided by your own unit/group (or pre-arranged with an alternate unit/group). Note that if camping Friday night is chosen, there will be a couple of hours Saturday Morning prior to game start that unit's would be required to supervise & entertain their own units. 

Supervision: Scouts and Venturers will be assigned dedicated camping areas (Separate Scout/Venturer areas). Leaders must camp within close proximity as assigned by WWG Executive. 

Leader Camping: The campsite will require Leaders to carry personal camping equipment up to 200m from their vehicles. No Vehicles will be allowed near campsites – no camping in rooftop tents/in cars if supervising youth members.
