Night Paddling Stage 3,4 Canoeing and Stage 4 Kayaking

ACTIVITIES OVER THE WEEKEND: Will involve water activities (WITH NIGHT CANOEING ON SATURDAY NIGHT)
 
 WHO CAN ATTEND: Scouts, Venturers , Rovers and Leaders.
 
BADGE WORK OVER THE WEEKEND: Paddling Stage 3,4 Canoeing and Stage 4 Kayaking
 
CLOSING DATE: Sunday, 20th October 2024 on Scout Event
 
CATERING FOR THE WEEKEND:  Each Troop must self cater, supply their own camping gear, cooking gear (THERE WILL BE NO COOKING IN THE CAMP KITCHEN)  and Group must supply drinking water. There will be water for washing up only.
 
ACCOMMODATION OVER THE WEEKEND: All Scouts, Venturers, Rovers and leaders WILL BE SLEEPING IN TENTS
 
WHO NEEDS TO  COMPLETE THIS FORM?
Everyone that is attending this event must complete ScoutEvent applications, by the closing date 20th October 24

This E1 form is for the Canoeing only,  travel arrangements should be undertaken by the home group and a separate E1 form should be done for the travel to and from the activity

 * Clothing for 2 days and Jumper.                             *Long Sleeved shirt                                *Towel for water activities                         * Raincoat or Wind jacket                                          *  Shoes for water activities                     *Sunscreen                                             * Shoes or Hiking boots.                                            * Cheap sunglasses (optional)                *Sleeping gear ( sleeping bag or blanket or both).               

 EACH GROUP WILL NEED TO SUPPLY CANOES, PFD,PADDLES                                                                                                       *Mess kit with tea towel.                                         * Personal first aid kit.                              *Flashlight with extra batteries.                 *Personal shower gear and towel.                          *Water bottle.
