The Formation Leaders & Region Team Conference is a chance for the people at the helm of our groups to come together and build upon what was discussed at our last conference in March this year.
With a theme of "Let's Come Together", the agenda for the day will focus on how we can all come together to grow Scouting in our region. If you have a particualr session you wish to raise, please let us know.

In attending this event, you will be asked to contribute to the ongoing work for GWS Region, find out information and what the Region team is up to and provide feedback on the issues that matter to you.
We will be running a breakout session particualry for Group Chairs and Group Treasurers as part of the day. We strongly encourage all Group Chairs and Treasurers to attend as we will be speaking about ARPs, finance, budgeting and more for the coming year.
This event is catered and is free of charge.
