Brief Summary:
Youth Program Refresh Training Day to support 4th Arncliffe (Coptic) Scout Group, but OPEN to All Scouting Members, especially from other Coptic Scout Groups in Scouts NSW. This one-day refresh is designed to focus on supporting leaders to improve their understanding of the youth program and build confidence in the Scouts Program. This day DOES NOT count towards any Adult Training Pathways (Scout Essentials Course or Scouting Adventure Courses).

Youth Program Refresh Training Day to support 4th Arncliffe (Coptic) Scout Group, but OPEN to All Scouting Members, especially from other Coptic Scout Groups in Scouts NSW.   


This one-day refresh is designed to focus on supporting leaders to improve their understanding of the youth program and build confidence in the Scouts Program. 

This day DOES NOT count towards any Adult Training Pathways (Scout Essentials Course or Scouting Adventure). Trainee Leaders will still need to complete their Scouting Essentials Course and other elements of the Adult Training Pathways. 

This day is available to all leaders and designed to refresh the core elements of the Youth Program, including: 
- The Challenge Areas 
- The Patrol System
- Program Development 
- The Achievement Pathways 


And other topics as discussed and developed. The detailed program will be available closer to the day.
