Brief Summary:
A fun-filled Social Camp for South Metropolitan Scouts Unit Leaders, Patrol Leaders (PLs), Assistant Patrol Leaders (APLs), and senior Scouts.
Additional Information

We are thrilled to announce that, as a result of our Youth Councils and upon request from our youth, we will be running a PL & APL Camp Day. This is an exciting opportunity, and we warmly invite Scout Unit Leaders, Patrol Leaders (PLs), Assistant Patrol Leaders (APLs), and senior Scouts to join us for a fun-filled Social Camp with a mix of social activities and an opportunity for Scouts to make new friends and have their say on the youth council, while building leadership and teamwork skills, and enjoying games and challenges.

- Scouts will have the ability to achieve participants and assists across a range of challenge areas for their milestones and OAS skills.
- All Scouts and leaders will stay in gender-specific and section-specific, dormitory-style bunk rooms.
- All meals are included (Saturday morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, and Sunday breakfast, morning tea and lunch). 
- The camp will go ahead, rain, hail or shine, so please prepare for all weather and bring a rain jacket.
- The camp will have both Male and Female leaders present who are trained by Scouts NSW. All adults who attend the event will have completed Working With Children Checks, a National Police Check, and Mandatory training.

THIS EVENT IS FOR SOUTH MET SCOUTS, VENTURERS, ROVERS AND LEADERS ONLY. Joeys, Cubs and Venturers are not eligible for this event.

 

A maximum of six (6) Scouts per Unit will be accepted. Any additional Scouts will need to go onto a waiting list and will be sent an email if additional spots are available after the closing date. 
Payments and e-Permission Forms need to be received by the application close date to secure the youth spot, or their application will be cancelled and their spot will be given to another applicant on the waiting list for the event.

Refund Policy
Refunds for people who withdraw before applications close date will incur a $5.00. Refunds for people who withdraw from the event after the closing date will result in no refund unless there are documented exceptional circumstances.  If a youth member is sent home from the camp, no refund will be given.
