2/ Promotion and fundraising for the Gunning Scout Group. Provide a great activity for the youth

4/ Own kit to cover the time of the activity  - Breakfast and lunch catering will be provided by the Gunning scout group, Will be going to Gunning hotel for Friday and Saturday night dinners.

5/ Gunning NSW  - Arriving Friday night, set up Saturday, run flying fox on Sunday starting at 9am. Sunday afternoon strip down and pack up.

6/Camping at the Gunning Scout hall 10 Warrataw Street Gunning NSW 2581, toilet and kitchen. Showers available at the show ground ( aprox 400 mt away )

7/ We are in the hands of the show organizers if any cancelations are to take place, weather will be assessed on the weekend for suitability of the activity.

8/ Qualified fox staff or must have completed the flying fox course covering 1&2 and wanting to complete skills to become qualitied
