REGION RALLY 2025 – THE ULTIMATE DISNEY ADVENTURE!

Get ready for a weekend of excitement, adventure, and non-stop participation as we bring Disney magic to Region Rally! This isn’t just any camp – it’s a lightweight, self-catered competition challenge where Scouts put their skills to the test in the ultimate Patrol-based showdown.

Dress the Part!

This year’s theme is Disney, so grab your best costumes because dressing up earns your Patrol extra points! Whether you channel your inner hero, villain, or sidekick, creativity is key!

Self-Catered Survival!

This event is completely self-catered, so your Patrol will need to plan, pack, and cook all your own meals. Make sure to discuss ‘What to Pack’ with your local Scout Leader so you're well-prepared for the weekend.

Adventure-Filled Bases!

From action-packed challenges to thrilling outdoor activities, every base is inspired by your favourite Disney worlds. Will you swing through the jungle like Tarzan, race like Lightning McQueen, or conquer an ice challenge like Elsa? There's only one way to find out!

Pack Light, Pack Smart!

Scouts will carry all their weekend essentials to their campsite, with packs weighed on arrival to ensure they’re no more than 20% of body weight (averaged across the Patrol). Daily packing isn’t required, but you’ll need to carry Morning & Afternoon Tea to keep your energy up during activities!

Patrol Power & Scout Spirit!

Success at Region Rally comes down to teamwork, resilience, and living by the Scout Law. Patrols must be between 5-7 members, so gather your crew wisely! You’ll need to work together, problem-solve, and support each other to conquer challenges and earn top points!

Sun Safe = Fun Safe!

No sun safety, no activities – it’s that simple! Collared shirts & broad-brimmed hats are mandatory (no caps!). Stay sun smart so you don’t miss out on the action!

Adult Helpers/Leaders – Here to Help!

If you’re joining as an Adult Helper or Leader, make sure you're registered with your Group and have completed all WHS & Child Safe e-learning modules. Your support is key to making this event amazing! All adults attending without a pre-assigned job, will be assigned a job on the day!
