Brief Summary:
This abseil day will be split in to two groups. Please select the correct group when registering as numbers are limited in each group and skills will need to be confirmed before attendance on the day is accepted by the organisers.
Group 1 - OAS 3 - gain confidence in abseiling by learning how to use different equipment, abseiling on bigger cliffs and practise those knots.
Group 2 - OAS 4 - confidence in abseiling, gaining knowledge of set up and how different equipment work. Learn skills on rigging an abseiling and again, practising those pesky knots.
Additional Information
Bangor West Crag offers great opportunities to develop abseiling skills regardless of skill.
