Brief Summary:
Joeys and Cubs will work their way around 5 bases in patrols of 6-8 completing tasks and activities earning points along the way. There will be three awards. Most Points, Best Patrol and Best Dressed Patrol The theme is Mad Hatter

The camp gates will open at 9.00am.

CUB PARENTS: This event is a Kiss and Drop event.

JOEY PARENTS THAT ARE STAYING WITH THEIR JOEY: You will be parking in the top paddock.

Bring Daypack: Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, sunscreen, water, jacket, notebook, pen/pencil  

Wear: Full uniform, enclosed shoes, hat - Get changed into costume prior to Opening 

 9.00am - 9.45 am - Registration

  • Participants will be checked off by Group

  • 10.00am - Opening 

  • 10.15am - Bases will start 

 5 District Bases – Joey and Cub Leaders work together 

  1. Gosford – Flamingo Croquet 

  1. Central Coast Lakes – Down the Rabbit Hole 

  1. Lake Macquarie – Mad Hatters Tea Party

​12.50pm - Lunch

1.25pm  - Bases start again

  1. Newcastle – Eggsticle Course 

  1. Hunter Valley/ Port Stephens/Manning – Geocaching Puzzle 

 3.05pm - Awards and Closing

Start walking back to to the front gate for pickup- 3:25pm arrive 3:40pm
