No car movements Sat - Sun whilst youth on site
All youth to pack all required items in 1 bag as they will be taking gear to their unit camp site
Parents to drop & run / no assisting Cubs
Leaders will meet Cubs at drop off/registration area
Units are to organise their own catering, and have their own fee for these costs. Group gear list and individual packing lists will be available soon.
All youth and adults, must be registered on the EMS.
