This conference is open to all Scouts NSW appointed AA Guides.
Accommodation, Camping at Bundilla Scout Camp. Camping is available for the Friday night for those coming from out of town.
Facilities.Dinning and seminar sessions will be conducted in the Peter Waite Hall.
Meals. All meals are included from Saturday lunch to Sunday lunch inclusive.
Transport Own means or as organised by Regions.
What to Bring. Participants should bring clothing and enclosed footwear to suit seasonal weather conditions, wide brim hat, personal tent / sleeping system, lightweight camp chair, personal toiletries/medication, day pack (should include sunscreen, insect repellent, torch, rain gear and warm layer for the conduct of daytime outdoor activities), notebook & pen, dilly-bag (containing KFS, bowl, cup and plate), open mind, thirst for knowledge, a positive attitude and a desire for fun.
Logbook. All should bring a current version of their AA log-book.
Agenda. The agenda will be shared closer to the event. At least one guest speaker will present. Feel free to propose agenda items and scheduled activities to SC Adventure Training at: mic.doyle@nsw.scouts.com.au
