Activity Overview

This is a fun activity in a social setting where Adult Members and Supporters over the age of 18 can come together, catch up with each other, have some fun and renew the bonds of Scouting.

Who can come

The event is open to Adult Members and Supporters of the GWS Region, including Rovers, Leaders, Committee Members, and Fellowship Members. Partners are welcome.

While we understand that attendees may need to bring youth members, please be advised that this event is aimed at those over 18. Dress

At this event is being held in a licenced venue and a cash bar will be in operation, all attendees are asked to wear smart casual inline with the club dress code. /https://www.mrsl.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/dress_guidelines.pdf

Payment & Refund Policy

All applications, payments and e-permissions must be received before the closing date. Any incomplete application as of the closing date will be cancelled.

Refunds for people who withdraw from the event after the closing date are not available due to costs incurred unless there are documented exceptional circumstances.  All requests for refunds must be received in wirting before 3:00 pm on 19th July.

General Health Policy

If you are unwell or are showing symptoms of a viral disease, we ask that you stay home, self-isolate and look after yourselves. 

Event Cancellation Policy

If this event is not able to proceed as planned, the GWS Region team will look for other avenues to deliver this event. If this is not possible, GWS Region will endeavour to refund as much of the application fee as possible subject to costs already incurred.
