Jamborette 2025: "Legendary Literature Through The Ages" - Early Site Access

This event is for any adult Scouting member wishing to access the site early for Jamborette 2025.

From the info guide:

While we appreciate that there is a lot of set-up for your campsite for Jamborette, our agreement with the Scout Park only grants us use from a set time on Friday. Additionally, this is Scouting and your site should be set up by the Scouts.

Accordingly, no unit (including leaders) is to arrive on site before 5:00pm on the Friday. Anyone arriving before this time will be instructed to leave and return at 5:00pm.  No unit will be able to setup before 5:00pm Friday.

If you believe you need to arrive earlier for any reason (including the Jamborette team), please complete e-mail for approval with a valid reason and complete the EMS event online. If this is not completed, you will not be given the gate code for the site and will be denied access. Anyone arriving early MUST check in at Jamborette HQ before heading to site.
