The correct gear is important for an enjoyable trip. Participants will be responsible for their gear. NNN BC is recommended as it gives good stability for novice skiers. Telemark, or AT gear, is not suitable. Ski gear can be hired at Rhythm Snowsports in Cooma on the way down on Friday night or at Wildness Sports in Jindabyne. You will require boots, stocks and skis (make sure the boots fit).
