Brief Summary:
Join us for fun, interactive workshops created with Rovers to tackle common knowledge gaps in a supportive, hands-on way. Led by skilled Rover friends, these sessions are all about real conversations, practical tips, and useful resources — no boring lectures, just valuable takeaways and one-on-one support.
Additional Information

***This isn’t a camp event — you’ll be coming and going each day, no tents required! Can’t make it for the full days? No worries — just reach out and we’ll help you get the most out of your time. Need to stay overnight? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do!***

We’ve teamed up with our amazing Rovers to cook up a series of hands-on, interactive workshops designed to fill in some of those tricky knowledge gaps — the kind that often get skipped over but make a huge difference. There’s a lot of info out there, and it can feel overwhelming without the right guidance. That’s where we come in.

These workshops will be led by some awesome friends of Rovers (don’t worry — they’re not current Rovers, so everyone gets to jump in!) who really know their stuff. Forget boring lectures — these sessions are all about getting involved, asking questions, and actually having fun while you learn. You’ll get one-on-one support, real-life insight, and walk away with a toolkit of custom-made resources — plus a bunch of new knowledge you didn’t even know you needed.

Here's what Day 1's Workshops look like (champions TBC):

1. Tracking your Badgework - an Intro to Terrain

2. Diversifying your Program

3. ANS, WACIR, Adventurous Journies & Operoo

4. Know It. Live It. Log It. - Understanding the System

5. Progressive & Collaborative Leadership

6. Marketing & Recruitment

7. Special Interest Areas

8. Event & Activity Planning

Day 2 is all about action and adventure — a hands-on day packed with fun where you get to take the lead! You’ll dive into activities that could help tick off some badge work and give you fresh ideas for running awesome sessions with your youth. Think of it as a day to try new things, build your skills, and have a blast while doing it. Stay tuned — we’ve got more exciting details coming your way soon!
