Provide 1st Aid (HLTAID011) plus Optional Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (HLTAID012)

The Provide 1st Aid  course covers the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty in line with first aid guidelines determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other Australian national peak clinical bodies.

The unit applies to all persons who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

The HLTAID012 component covers the requirements provide a first aid response to infants and children in line with first aid guidelines and required in education and childcare settings

Event is open to Scouts of at least age 14, Venturer Scouts, Rover Scouts, Leaders and Adult Helpers

younger Scouts that are nearing completion of their Australian Scout Award may be able to be accepted Please contact dave noble and confirm before booking
