Provide 1st Aid (plus Junior) - South Coast & Tablelands Region, Nowra

• The accredited unit HLTAID011 Provide 1st Aid unit is suitable for Leaders, Rovers, Venturers and Scouts. A Junior certificate is available for those between 12 and 14 (same work and exam, but cannot be accredited). The course includes a mix of theory and practical sessions to cover a wide variety of possible 1st Aid situations, with a Scouting focus. The course is run through the Registered Training Organisation, H&A Training & delived by Walter Waerner

Course cost is $90 per person ($40 for Junior). Bring your own pen, and dress comfortably. Scout uniform is not required. Bring lunch, a water bottle, and snacks for morning and afternoon tea. Those seeking the accredited unit (ie you're over 14) please ensure you bring along your USI number (unique student identifier). If you don't have one, go to usi.gov.au and apply for one prior to the course. 

The Wilderness First Aid Skill set (Seperate Scout Event Registation https://events.nsw.scouts.com.au/event/2532) will be run once this course is compleate

Maximum limit on course participants is 32 people. 

For those with extended travel, accomodation at Illaroo Hall is available Fri night (tent out back or camp on floor in hall). No extra cost.
