We’re excited to welcome Scouts 10.5 - 14 years old to the Scout Personal Development couse – a weekend designed to grow confidence, build leadership skills, and foster new friendships through fun, engaging, and practical activities. this is a * new * initiative from Scouts Australia for all Scouts and is not a prerequisite for a leadership position.

Course Starts: 7:30pm Friday – Please arrive on time

Who Can Attend?

This course is open to Scouts aged 10.5 - 14 years who are ready to take the next step in their Scouting journey.

Accommodation & Catering

Sleeping: All Scouts and Leaders will be camping in tents

Catering: Provided from Saturday breakfast through to Sunday breakfast

Please bring your own dinner for Friday night

Travel Arrangements

Each home Scout Group is responsible for organising transport to and from the event. A separate E1 form must be completed by the home Group for travel.

This E1 form is for the Leadership Course activities only.

What to Bring
Personal Gear:

  • Broad brimmed hat
  • Sunscreen
  • Water bottle
  • Shower gear and towel
  • Clothes for 2 days
  • Sleeping gear (sleeping bag and extra blanket if needed)
  • Enclosed footwear
  • Torch with extra batteries
  • Notebook and pen
  • Mess kit (plate, bowl, mug, utensils, and tea towel)
  • One small group game or activity to share
  • Tent
