Join us this November for the Gilwell Reunion 2025 – celebrating A Legacy of Adventure, A Lifetime of Friendship. The Gilwell Reunion is a unique opportunity for Wood Badge holders to reconnect, share stories, and strengthen the bonds that make Scouting extraordinary.
The weekend will feature fellowship, reflections on our Scouting journey, inspiring speakers, and plenty of scouting spirit. Whether you earned your beads last year or decades ago, the Gilwell Reunion is your chance to come home to Scouting.
This event offers two opportunites, both of which will be part of the Main formal presentation, at registration please make sure you select ONE of the options below:
1. Afternoon High Tea: 2:00pm to 6:00pm
2. Dinner: 5:00pm to 9:00pm
The Formal Presentation will take place 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
All participating Gilwellians can chooes to recieve an Event Pin or Badge with an option to purchase Extra pin/badge on the day, please answer the relevent questions at registration.

Full Scout Uniform with Gilwell Scarf to be worn to this event along with any awards and decorations.
