Brief Summary:
The H&C Venturer Region Camp will be filled with fun and excitement, bringing everyone together for an unforgettable experience. From camping under the stars to enjoying outdoor adventures, games, and entertainment, the weekend promises plenty of laughter, teamwork, and new friendships. It’s the perfect mix of camping, adventure, and memorable moments. Minimum Registrations Requirements 75 Youth members

2025 H&C Region Venture.

Location: Myuna Bay Scout Camp

Theme: Cluedo

Open to older Scouts 14yrs +  and all Venturers who are registered on Scout Hub.

Friday night to Sunday afternoon.

Activities (to be confirmed): Climbing Wall, Archery, Water Slide, Fishing, Canoneing, and other exicting bases

Please mark dates on your calendar.

Catering: This activity will be self-catered by participants, Participants must bring all their own meals and cooking equipment.

Food to Bring: Friday night dinner (if needed, preferably have prior to arriving)

                         Breakfast: Saturday and Sunday

                         Lunch - Saturday and Sunday 

                         Dinner - Saturday

                         Bring Camp stove, Waterbottle and Snacks for the weekend

Accommodation: Camping in tents each participant must bring in their own tent.

What to Bring: Tent, sleeping gear, clothes (sun safe) no singlet type tops, hat, raincoat, towel, insect repellant. Change of clothes swimwear, enclosed shoes, personal items etc

Membership Requirements

All members must remain financial and registered within ScoutHUB from the time applications close until the end of the event. 

All service and line leaders over the age of 18 must be cleared by Scouts Australia NSW to work with children and young people prior to the start of the camp. This includes any adult helpers and support staff who must have submitted an A2 form and been accepted by the group prior to the event closing date.
