Brief Summary:
The South Coast and Tablelands Region Rovers present WWG North 2025: Legendary, being held at Glenfield Scout Camp, NSW. This event is open to all current Scouts, Venturers, Rovers, Leaders and Fellowship.

An ancient ruined city has brought stories of a legendary Pokemon trapped inside but it's location remains a mystery with clues hidden across multiple regions – Who will be the first to reach it? Will they be strong enough to capture it for themselves, or will a terrible power once again sweep through the land of STRAYA?

Catering (for Venturers/Rovers/Leaders/Adults) will cover full meals Saturday Lunch through to Sunday Lunch. Catering is $35 per applicant (must choose "Section - Catered" Option as pricing in ScoutEvent) - excludes Scouts. 

WWG North will be held at Glenfield Scout Activity Centre, address on google maps is 2 Cambridge Ave, Glenfield NSW 2167. Participants need to be present and registered at the Admin Shelter BEFORE 9 AM on Saturday 22nd November. The event will conclude at the same location, no later than 2:30PM on Sunday 23rd November.

Friday night camping will invoke an additional $10 Camping Fee, and needs to be organised and approved by the WWG Team BEFORE registrations close

Supervision: Scouts and Venturers will be assigned dedicated camping areas (Separate Scout/Venturer areas). Leaders must camp within close proximity as assigned by WWG Executive. 

Leader Camping: The campsite will require Leaders to carry personal camping equipment up to 200m from their vehicles. No Vehicles will be allowed near campsites – no camping in rooftop tents/in cars if supervising youth members.
