RASOREE - Region All Sections Camp

RASOREE 2026 – Out of This World!

Rasoree is a two-night regional Scout camp for all Sections from Joeys through to Rovers hosted by North Coast Region Scouts. This year’s theme, “Out of This World,” launches participants into a universe of adventure, discovery, and creativity, plus the opportunity to take part in JOTA JOTI, the world’s largest digital and radio Scouting event.

Mission Highlights

Who Can Come?

Open to all registered youth and adult members.

All adults need:

• To be registered with Scouts NSW 
• Verified Working With Children Check (WWCC) + National Police Check 
• Completed required training modules 

If you're not assigned a job, you’ll be assigned one. That’s how we roll - teamwork makes the dream work!

Camping & Meals

• All Sections will camp together with their Scout Group in allocated sites.
• Youth and adults will not share tents, unless a prior arrangement has been approved to support a youth member with specific needs.
• Meals are not included in the camp fee - each Scout Group will organise catering at an additional cost.
• Please do not send lollies, nut products, or other food items with youth members.
• Ensure all allergies and dietary requirements are clearly noted on the e-permission form.

Safety & Wellbeing

This event is committed to the safety and welfare of all participants.

• The “Two Adults Present” rule and “buddy” system are always in effect
• All interactions must be respectful, and youth protection protocols strictly followed
• Concerns may be raised with Leaders, Rovers, or at the Rasoree HQ or by logging it with ScoutsNSW via their website
• Bring asthma puffers and EpiPens (carried by the user), and hand in other meds to Leaders in a webster pack
