Description:
A reward camp for Scouts who were a PL or APL in 2025.
This is a social camp with plenty of free time and a number of fun activities.
Camping:
Scouts will be camping in a single Unit with Patrols rostered to prepare meals.
Scouts to organise tents with their home Unit.
Activities:
The planned activities include:
- Canoeing
- Crate stacking
- Bushwalk
Cost:
The cost of $45 covers the camping fees and food for meals from Saturday lunch to Sunday lunch (inclusive).
Wear:
- Scout shirt and scarf to and from camp, but change shirt for construction activies
- Shorts/pants that are suitable for running & climbing
- Closed in shoes (no thongs, crocs, etc)
- Hat
Bring:
Overnight bag/pack containing:
- sleeping bag
- sleeping mat
- spare clothing (incl. warm clothing)
- swimmers (incl. rashie)
- water shoes
- rain coat
- torch/headlamp
- mess kit (plate, bowl, cup, knife, fork & spoon) + tea towel
- personal toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, sunscreen, insect repellent, etc)
- 2x towels
- water bottle
