Saturday 15/2/2020 9am meeting at trench reserve, penrith. aim for conclusion by 1500 hours dependant on participants
saturday consists of skill development, rescues and theory.
sunday 16/2/2020 9am meeting at trench reserve, penrith. aiming for conclusing between 14-1600 dependant on participant skill
sunday consists of a day journey
participants must be able to swim 50m
required personal equipment
- water shoes, clothes, hats, towels
- drink bottles, own meals (morning tea, lunch, Afternoon tea)
- asthmatics or those with severe alergies ensure you have appropriate equipment (inhalers / epipens if required)
- dry bag if needed.
