Brief Summary:
This will be a workshop with leaders and the Scout youth council from each troop with the aim of having 2020 long/medium programs and term 1 program locked in.
Youth members are to leave at 4pm on Saturday. Sunday is optional for leaders - if more discussions or training are required.
Additional Information
This workshop is open to all scout leaders and scout youth council representatives.
The day is aimed at planning for term 1 and the rest of the year. With review on last year's program and how it worked or didn't work.
Each troop/unit is welcome to attend and should attend.
Bring your own lunch/snacks.
Leaders are welcome to stay overnight with the idea of networking between districts and groups.
