Brief Summary:
APL and PL camp -Start 3pm Sat- finish 3pm Sunday - Noorumba Guide Camp site 20 min walk from car park to site. Sat: set up tents, dinner, out door cinema and campfire (weather allowing). -Sun: pack up tents, breakfast, programming for term 1 next year (mixed unit patrols). Walk to Prince Edward Park for water fights (build catapults to fling sponges, bring water pistols), swimming, lunch and talent show Max 2-3 min per performance).
Additional Information

1. Leaders Martin Beaupark (Guide), Susan Smith (Guide) and Brian Collins(TP/ District Commissioner).

2. Purpose is to plan for next term and build capacity in scouts to lead events.

3. Developing Patrol Leader skills and planning for a number of OAS for next term.

4. Participants need to bring hat, sunscreen, Tent (request a tent is an option) wet shoes, enclosed shoes, two bottles of water (total 2 litres), socks, rashie or fishing shirt, swimmers and or board shorts, sunglasses, dry clothes, toiletries, sleeping bag, pillow, towel/s, 1 shirt, 1 shorts, pyjamas, rain/wind jacket, uniform and scarf. Uniform to be worn to Noorumba and from Prince Edward Park. Snacks and marshmallows.

5. Drop off is at Noorumba Guide camp Thorpe Rd Woronora Sat 6/12/25.20 minute walk from Car park to camp site. Sunday :Walk to Prince Edward Park via Thorpe Rd Worronora Sun 7/12/25 from 10 am. Arrive at Prince Edward Park by 11am and stay there until 3pm.

6. Noorumba Girl Guide Camp site.

7. If hazardous weather such as electrical storms or 20+ km winds the event will be postponed.

8. Participants need to be an APL or PL in South Met Region.

9. Challenge is medium.

10. Other leaders are welcome to come and build up their hours for their logbook.
