Brief Summary:
A social get together for PLs and APLs from the South Hub Region which includes a Youth Council meeting after. The APLs and PLs will ice skate at the venue and at 8:30 will follow the youth council agenda to discuss future events. APLs and PLs during the Youth Council agenda will share their programs, how youth councils are run at their scout group, if anyone needs support for their adventurous journey or peak award and ideas for future outings.

Qualified leaders will be Brian Collins and Susan Smith.

Skill building for Scouts in leadership and organisation.

Participants need to bring: Warm and comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. Layering is a good idea, Don’t forget to bring thick socks and /or gloves as it is very cold inside the rink. Money if you would like to buy something to drink or eat.

As it is indoors weather will not be a consideration for cancellation.

Other leaders are welcome to attend and assist with Youth Council.

The prerequisites for attending include:

1/ You are a Scout in South Metropolitan Region

AND
2/ You are a Scout PL or APL in South Metropolitan Region.

OR -You are thinking about being a Scout APL or PL in South Metropolitan Region.

OR -You are going to be a Scout APL or PL in South Metropolitan Region.

There is a registration fee charged to use the event system which is $2.50. Paid during registration. Costs to ice skate at the Catholic Club are $22 for ages 15+ and $19 for ages 5 – 14.
