This event is aimed at Older scouts to Rover age.

The day will involve top rope climbing and maybe some introduction to anchor setting.

Bring along for the day

  1. Well fitting shoes
  2. Water or cold drink! important!
  3. Insect repellent. Yes we get bugs there
  4. A harness if you have one
  5. Some lunch
  6. Sunscreen
  7. Clothes appropriate for the day (check the weather)
  8. All this in a day pack

Climbing is a strenuos activity so depending on the participants stamina and eagerness we may finish earlier than anticipated. Parents should be available for phone call for ealier pick up if need be, some time after 12:0pm. 

Please park at the end of Adaluma Ave at the end of the street.
