Scouts Night Cycle Small Creek

Scouts will be cycling from 1st Kellyville Scout Hall out along smalls creek returning and finishing at the hall.

Scouts will need to bring

• bicycle
• helmet
• light on front & back of bike - a torch securely attached will do
• working bell on bicycle
• personal first aid kit
• bicycle repair kit
• wear scout shirt and scarf
• ensure bike is in working order with tyres inflated, brakes and gears working
• raincoat (if required) - Weather at this stage is looking ok.
• gear is to be in a securely fitted backpack, or in a fitted pack/rack on the bike

Leaders will be cycling with the scouts and we will have a support vehicle on standby for any issues.

Should there be any changes due to weather we'll advise via whatsapp and facebook.

These are the pre-checks your Scout is expected to perform on their bike to ensure they're ready for the ride. Leaders will be ensuring bikes are in good working order and safe to ride prior to leaving the hall.
