Northern Rivers Region Youth Council District Day

We’re running a relaxed, hands‑on session where you can try out what the Region Youth Council actually does — without any boring speeches or sitting still for ages. Think of it like a mini‑camp mixed with a big idea‑sharing session.

You’ll jump into a bunch of activities, including:

• Patrol‑style challenges that get you moving, thinking, and probably laughing

• Quick creative tasks where you can throw around ideas for events, camps, themes, or anything you wish the region would run

• Youth‑led activities run by current Council members, so you can see what they get up to

• Casual chats about how Scouts can be more fun, more adventurous, and more youth‑driven next year

Nothing formal — just a chance to meet other scouts, share your thoughts, and help shape what the region does for young people. If you’ve ever thought, “I wish Scouts did this,” this is the place to say it.
