North West Region Leaders Training

Join us for a practical and engaging Leaders Training Weekend designed to support leaders working towards their Trained Participant Core, Trained Participant Pioneering and Training Participant Survival qualifications.

This weekend will focus on building confidence, capability, and hands-on skills in delivering pioneering activities aligned with the OAS progressions.

While this training is not designed to result in full TP qualifications, it is an important elementry step in the journey for newer leaders wishing to learn practical skills on how to deliver the OAS outcomes.

Participants will gain valuable experience, develop practical competencies, and receive guidance on completing the required components for both TP Core, TP Pioneering and TP Survival.

The weekend is ideal for leaders looking to strengthen their program delivery and better support youth progression in adventurous activities.

The training will be held at Lynchwood Scout Camp from 8:00am Saturday to 2:00pm Sunday.
This is a self-catered weekend, Lynchwood has a full kitchen. It is best to bring your own water for the weekend or boil / treat local water before drinking.
Please come prepared with everything you will need for camping over the weekend. Please do not bring caravans.
