T2 2026 Term Consent Form

WEAR & BRING

Venturers should wear clothing appropriate to the activities planned, uniform and scarf unless stated otherwise and bring a drink bottle. We are often outside so please also bring a torch and a coat if it is raining.

Where we are doing activities which are at external venues, or involve adventurous activities, an additional Scout consent form will be required in line with Scouts Australia and Scouts NSW policies. 

Activities that this consent form may cover include: fire skills, cooking, crafts, local bushwalks under direct supervision, wide games, orienteering, camping skills, badgework. Specifically in T2 2026, it will include: a Drop & Run in teams navigating in teams back to the hall under indirect supervision, badminton at a local sports venue and a build and burn night involving using tools to build items from wood and then burning the item on a campfire.
