Scout Vivid Walk

Start by going from Carmen Drive Reserve and walk to M2 Motorway, Oakes Rd taking the 6:20 bus. Get to QVB, York St, St Stand E. Use the 610X. Then walk 8 minutes to get to Cockle Bay Wharf. Then wait 15 minutes for the laser lightfall, which will be from 7:15pm to 7:22pm. After that, stay in the same spot until 7:30, where the drone show will play. This will last until 7:40. After that, begin heading to the Circular Quay. 

Continue by going from Darling Harbor to Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House through the Eastern Promenade as shown below . This will let the group go through over 10 locations in Vivid. May choose to stop at certain points. Once you get to the Opera House arrive at Circular Quay, watch for around 5 minutes. Then begin to head back. Use the 610X/607X. Start heading back at around 9pm. The bus leaves at 9:14pm, but there is one every five minutes in case we miss it. Get back at 9:34pm. 

What to Bring / Wear for the Scout Vivid Walk

Please make sure you bring / wear the following:

• Full Scout Uniform (No uniform = no walk)
• Closed-in comfortable walking shoes
• Water bottle and Small Backpack
• Weatherproof jacket (the walk will proceed unless weather conditions become unsafe)
• Opal Card with at least $15 credit
• Pocket money (optional, if time permits to buy food/snacks)
