The Cub Scout Leadership Course is for any Cub completing their Grey Wolf Award, as well as current and potential Patrol Leaders (PLs) and Assistant Patrol Leaders (APLs).
In order to attend the Cub Scout Leadership Course you must be nominated by your Cub Scout Leader.
The aim of this course is to provide suitable leadership skills, using a practical approach, for Cub Scouts.
Sessions will include such things as:
- Plan Do Review
- Problem solving
- Unit Councils
- Teamwork
- Compass challenge
All participantsare required to provide their own food, and sharing is not permitted.
You will need to bring lunch, morning and afternoon tea. Cubs will need to wear full uniform, and should bring a small backpack with a water bottle, wide brim hat, sunscreen and their yellow book (if they have one).
Cost: Cubs - $10
Leaders/adult helpers/ youth helpers - no charge
