Brief Summary:
Whilst this course is aimed at those Venturers still on the old award system, it is also applicable for Personal Development on the Current Progressive Framework. The course will be a TEAMS event, Login details and course workbook will be emailed upon acceptance of application.

The course will include but not be limited to:; Leadership styles, planning, organising, time management, team building, delegation,goal setting, decision making,problem solving, communication, motivating others, managing conflict, presentation skills, resources.
